Rent to Buy Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited), allows permanent Salaried Workers and Registered Business Owners with verifiable net regular monthly income above GHS2,000 to rent-to-own, if you ordinarily will not qualify for a home mortgage straight-away: No Upfront Fee Required.
It's expected that you pay off the property at the end of the initial 5yr rent-to-buy period, or upgrade to up to a 30-yr DCANS Mortgage, by which time your finances would have improved to go onto a mortgage if you haven't been able to pay it off fully.
