We imagined it will not be possible for us to provide everyone the car type that they want from our inventory, and that is why we allow pre-qualified prospective car buyers to source externally outside our inventory and submit their preferred car to us for approval & acquisition on their behalf.

This alternative comes with rules that must be complied with:

- The car must already be anywhere in the Greater Accra Region or Koforidua.

- You must have physically gone to check the car yourself in-person, with a qualified mechanic and satisfied with it before you submit it to us for processing,

- You must have taken the car's VIN yourself from the physically inspected car, for due diligence (and not be sent to you by the seller).

- You're required to do all applicable due diligence yourself with the obtained VIN (Note: If you want us to do this for you, we'll charge you for it).

- You must have agreed a mutually-acceptable down-payment with the seller for him/her/them to hold on with the car on handing over your deposit to them, to allow us pay off the balance on your behalf (Note: We only provide down-payment assistance to externally sellers, IF we're the one making that payment on your behalf).

If you're buying from an external vendor or seller and you did not submit your vehicle details during the application phase, you can use the form below to quickly submit it to us. Note that you cannot submit your found vehicle to us until you have been pre-qualified and provided with valid login details, as you can only submit it to us via the client area (login required). 

REQUIREMENTS

There are a few things you need to get us for your externally-sourced vehicle. You must seen this vehicle in-person and satisfied yourself of it before you submit it to us.

Year of Manufacture

Minimum Year of Manufacture (YoM) is 2010.

Vehicle Photos & Videos

Both interior and exterior of this vehicle must be available.

Vehicle Registration Details

Must be current with all Customs and/or GRA taxies, fees and charges, as ide DVLA registry compliance (where applicable).

Vehicle Physical Location

You can only search and submit an externally vehicle already in Ghana and located anywhere in the Greater Accra Region or Koforidua.

Physical Inspection & Examination

You're required to physically inspect and examine this vehicle in-person with your own qualified mechanic and be satisfied with it and then take the vehicle identification number (VIN) yourself, before you can submit this vehicle to us for approval and acquisition on your behalf.

Applicable rate

A default annual interest rate of 18.00% apply when sourcing externally.

Stolen Vehicle Checks (SVC)

It is your responsibility to do these stolen vehicle checks yourself and submit the results to us before we can proceed with the acquisition process on your behalf. It's important to note that these checks are not free, as you would have to pay for them yourself directly to the platforms or institutions.

It's mandatory to do stolen vehicle checks but not compulsory that you pay us to do these checks yourself - but if you want us to assist you do these SVCs, it comes at a flat fee of GHs1,000.

Note however that, the responsibility (including SVC cost) is included in the search assistance option.

HOW TO SUBMIT

After you have successfully submitted the vehicle details to us via online form available in the client area, it will be processed in line with chose timelines.
